Theoretically, you could fold up space-time to connect two space places. Wormhole is a tunnel look alike just like the ones worms would cave in an apple (Newtonian). There is no experimental evidence so far. These tunnels are gravitational connecting two black holes which theoretically proves that travel through this tunnel not only means that you travel faster than light but also, you can travel reverse in time. Wormholes only exist in theory.
Explanation:
You could enter the wormhole and instantaneously can appear on the other end, millions of light-years away.

Answer: According to Einstein, a wormhole is made up of two types of holes: a black hole and a white hole. A black hole is a hole in space-time that an object, even light, can fall into but cannot escape from. A white hole is hypothetically a hole in space-time that objects can come out of but not fall into. The bridge between these two holes, or between these two space-times, is called a wormhole.
