What is the angular frequency ω? assume this is the first rotation.?

    So we want to know what is the angular frequency. With assuming there has been only one rotation. So angular frequency ω, in general, is defined as ω=φ/t, where φ is the angle of rotation and t is time of that rotation. When we have one rotation, φ=2π, or one full circle and time t=T or one period of rotation so for one rotation: ω=2π/T.
