    Kinetic Energy = (1/2) mv²

Where m = mass in kg, v = velocity in m/s, Kinetic Energy is in Joules

    Kinetic Energy = (1/2) mv²

    = (1/2) * 4*10². Use your calculator.

    = 200 Joules
