What structural adaptations do you think humans will develop

    A big structural adaption I think humans will develop is the removal of the appendix. This organ was used to digest raw food, but is now rendered useless after humans started using fire to cook their food. Since we don't use it, it's not a problem that the appendix can flair up, forcing us to remove it.
