An 11.8 Ω resistor is connected to a 10.3 V battery. What is the current in the circuit?

    V = 10.3 V

    R = 11.8 ohms

    V = IR, so I = V/R

    I = 10.3 V / 11.8 ohms

    I = 0.873 A
