Three elephant are staying on a very very strong bridge happens to have marks at every meter along the way almost like it was meant for setting up a physics problem elephant is standing at 4m and starts walking he walks for 30 second and after 30 seconds the elephant is place on the bridge marked 64 meters what us elephant speed

    Very important formula: (You should memorize it.)

    Speed = (Distance covered) / (time to cover the distance)

    Distance covered = (position at the end) minus (position at the beginning)

    = (64 m - 4 m) = 60 meters

    Time to cover the distance = 30 seconds.

    Speed = (60 meters) / (30 seconds)

    = (60/30) (meters/seconds)

    = 2 meters per second.
