Are plant and animal cells exactly the same?

    Most organelles are common to both animal and plant cells. However, plant cells also have features that animal cells do not have : a cell wall, a large central vacuole, and plastids such as chloroplasts.

    No they are completely different considering the fact that yes they are both living but animal have more of a life to them more movement and self living as plants need to be more cared for
