Light waves are traveling through glass. If the wavelength of some part of the light wave is 4 x 10^ (-7) m and the frequency of that light is 5 x 10^ (14) Hz, what is the speed of light through the glass?

8 x 10^ (-22) m/s

1.25 x 10^21 m/s

1 x 10^7 m/s

2 x 10^8 m/s

    Wave speed = fλ

    = (5 x 10^14) (4 x 10^-7)

    =2 x 10^8

Where f is the frequency and λ is the wavelength
