When we jump to move in an upward direction by pushing earth in a downward direction then it creates almost zero movements on earth. Although Newton's third law is valid for this case also but the earth does not move because acceleration associated with it is negligibly small.

Mass of earth is very large as compared to earth so the acceleration of earth is almost zero.
