    Explanation:

    The protons are in the nuclei of the atoms with the neutrons.

    While neutrons have not charge, the protons are positive. So, how can the protons stay together in the nucleuos when there is an electrostactic repulsion force due to they are all positive charges.

    The strong nuclear force is what accounts to keep the protons and neutrons together in the nucleus. Without the strong nuclear force the nuclei would not be able to exist.

    I believe the answer to this is The weak nuclear force keeps particles that make up neutrons and electrons together, not neutrons and protons. I believe that you are dealing with a negative force and a no charge force its going to make the nuclear force weak without enough electrons and protons because neutron doesn't have a charge or a force.
