    Answer

    2,238.53 seconds

    Explanation

    For a constant speed, to get the time taken to travel for a certain distance we use the formula;

    speed = displacement/time

    ∴ time = displacement/speed

    = (732 Km) / (327 m/s)

    732 Km = (732*1000) m

    = 732000 m

    ∴ Time = 732000/327

    = 2,238.53 seconds

    Time = 2238.53 s

    Explanation:

    Given dа ta:

    Speed of the asteroid = 327 m/s

    Displacement = 732 Km

    Time = ?

    Solution:

    Displacement = 732 Km = 732000 m

    As we know:

    Speed = Displacement/time

    Time = Displacement/speed

    Putting values in above formula:

    Time = 732000 m/327

    Time = 2238.53 s

    So asteroid will take 2238.53 seconds to travel 732 km.
