The light bulbs in most homes are all rated for 120 V, no matter how many bulbs there are. How is the ability to use any number of same voltage bulbs affected by the way in which the bulbs are wired (series or parallel)

    Explanation:

    In parallel voltage remains same and equal to supply voltage. All the 120V bulbs are connected in parallel to the power supply so that voltage accross them is equal.
