Now, there is no proces in which the total charge can change, the only way in which we can do it is by extracting part of the charge or adding more charged particles, but we can not do this because the system is closed, this means that the total charge in a closed system must remain constant, and if we considerate the unvirese as a closed system we see that the total charge is conserved, so the correct answer is option C
