Why are the moons of uranus and neptune so dark?

Uranus and Neptune are so dark because of the great dark spots. Great dark spots are the anticlonic storms. Anticlonic storms are a weather storm which moves opposite in direction. This also shows that Uranus and Neptune have the strongest winds.
