    U=3.19m/s

    Explanation:

    using the newton's equation of motion as

    s=ut+1/2at^2

    S=distance

    H=height the jumping flea attains

    g=acceleration due to gravity

    a=acceleration of the body

    Therefore, a body under free fall

    a=-g

    s=h

    h=0.520m

    g=9.80m/s^2

    V^2 = u^2-2*9.80*.52

    V=o at maximum height

    0=u^2-10.192

    u=3.19m/s

    Definition of terms

    Velocity:

    change in displacement per time

    Acceleration: Is change in velocity per time
