If the spring stiffness is soft, its elongation is high when compared to the spring stiffness when it is hard if the same mass is used. This means that the spring stiffness is greater when the spring stiffness is hard and is less when the spring stiffness is soft.

The mark "0" is the value "0" of the friction according to the stiffness of the spring, because there is no loss of energy and the movement of the spring is infinite. In this case, the amplitude is constant. When there is loss of energy, the amplitude of the spring decreases.
