    The electric potential (also called voltage) is the potential energy per unit of charge:

    V = U/q

    (Remember the formula is different for a capacitor - This formula only applies to charged particles, not dipole systems)

    So this is about how an amount of energy is "distributed" among several charged particles.

    V = (1.08 * 10-2 J) / (7.2 * 10-5 C) = 150J/C=150V
