What does it mean when a plane is perpendicular to the x-axis?

    [closed] the xz plane is perpendicular to the y - axis, and the yz plane is perpendicular to the x-axis. On googlingperpendicular means two lines intersect to form a 90 degree angle. SO in my understanding if im right.
