An object with a potential energy of 200 joules is dropped from a height of 2.00 meters. what is its kinetic energy when it reaches the ground?

    The Law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, therefore, when the object hits the ground the kinetic energy will be 200J. The gravitational energy has just be transferred into kinetic energy.
