    Here,

    initial velocity=0

    final velocity=15km/h

    =15000m/3600s

    =4.166666 ... m/s

    time=20 min or 1200 sec

    Now, acceleration = (v-u) / t

    =4.1666 ... / 1200

    =0.00347222 ... ms^-2

    So, displacement=ut+0.5at^2

    =0+0.5*0.00334722 ... * 1200^2

    =2500 m or 2.5 km
