What two factors determine gravitational potential energy?

    Mass & Height above the ground

    GPE = Mass (Kg) x Gravitational Field Strenght (g) x Height (m)

    So you need Mass and Height of the object as well as the GFS.

    Assuming your using earth the GFS = 9.81g
