The nanotechnology can display wave-particle duality.

Microtechnology is technology developed at micro meter scale that is 10^-6.

Nanotechnology is technology developed at nano meter scale 10^-9.

The wavelength of matter becomes observable at nano meter scale. So, it is possible to observe wave particle duality at nanotechnology but not at microtechnology.
