    P2 = Mv + 6Ms

    Explanation:

    Let the mass of the shoe be Ms and let my mass be M

    Let Speed of the shoe be vs and my final speed be v

    We were given that there was no motion initially. So, the total momentum before throwing the shoe is zero, and by the principle of conservation of momentum, the total momentum after throwing the shoe must also be equal to zero.

    So,

    P2 = 0 = Mv + Ms*vs

    Given that vs = 6m/s

    P2 = Mv + 6Ms
