How much force is needed to stop an 80kg football player if he decelerates at 5m/s2

    This can be solve using newtons second law of motion

    F = ma

    Where F is the force applied

    M is the mass

    A is the acceleration

    Substituting the given values

    F = ma

    F = (80 kg) (5 m/s2)

    F = 400 N of force needed
