Find the force of attraction in newtons between two charges q1 = + 1 c and q2 = - 2 c, if the distance between them is 14 m.

    From Coloumbs law we have F = Kq1 q2/r^2 where the constant k = 8.988 x10^ (9) So we have F = (8.988 * 10^ (9) * 1 * 2) / (14) ^2 So F = 1.7976 * 10^ (10) / 196 F = 9.1714 * 10^ (7)
