An 800 kg car is moving at 32 m/s when it hits the afterburner. The after burner applies a 180,000 N force for 25 seconds. What is the rockets final speed?

    We can get the answer just by using momentum and impulse formula. M=800kg, v1=32m/s, F=180,000N, t=25s. Formula is: F*t=m * (v2-v1). Than we get: 180,000N*25s=800kg * (v2-32m/s). v2=5657m/s
