    Electric field is given by the formula E = kQ/r²; where k=9.0 x10^9 Nm²/C², Q is the source charge, and r is the distance between the two charges (in meters).

    Manipulating the equation, we have:

    r = √ (kQ/E) = √[ (9.0x10^9) (5.0 x10^-6) / 3.93x10^5) ]

    r = 0.338 m
