Two spheres are 1.02 km apart. one of the spheres has a mass of 57.0 kg, and the force of attraction between the spheres is 1.79 x 10-14 n. calculate the mass of the other sphere.

    F = Gm₁m₂ / d²

    where G is universal gravitational constant equal to 6.674 x 10⁻¹¹ Nm²/kg². m₁ and m₂ are masses of the objects, and d is the distance between them. Substituting the known values,

    1.79 x 10⁻¹⁴ N = (6.674 x 10⁻¹¹ Nm²/kg²) x (57 kg) (m₂) / (1020 m) ²

    The value of m₂ from the equation above is equal to

    m₂ = 4.895 kg
