Density of seawater depends on the salt content and the temperature. As the amount of salt content varies the density varies proportionally. When temperature varies the water content will vaporize thus making more salt content available per unit volume of water and thus increasing the density. The pressure also plays a role in deciding the density.

    In deep sea the density can reach more than 1050 Kg/m³.
