    994.718Hz

    Explanation:

    [V (rms) / I (rms) ] = 2ΠfL

    Vrms = 10V

    Irms = 1.6A

    L = 1mH = 1*10⁻³H

    f = ?

    [V (rms) / I (rms) ] = 2ΠfL

    10 / 1.6 = 2π*1*10⁻³f

    6.25 = 6.28*10⁻³f

    f = 994.718Hz

    The frequency across the inductor is 994.718Hz
