If aluminum and copper wires of the same length have the same resistance, which has the larger diameter?

    R = density*length/area

    and its given that lengths are same and R is equal for both.

    copper has very high density compared to aluminium. so, for resistance to be equal, copper has to have more cross sectional area (or diamaeter).

    so, its copper.
