Two in middle, so Newton's 2nd law. Equal and opposite force (both are moving). You have to assume no friction since it's an ice rink.

    Skater 1: 45kg 0.66m/s

    Skater 2: xkg 0.81ms/

    Since force is equal, 45*0.66=x*0.81

    Solve for x.

So the answer would be 36.7kg
