    Using the conversion:

    (F - 32) / 9 = C/5 F = Fahrenheit

    C = Celsius

    (F - 32) / 9 = 20/5

    F-32 = 9 * (20/5)

    F - 32 = 9*4

    F - 32 = 36

    F = 36 + 32

    F = 68

    So it is 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
