    Explanation:

    Two rims of the merry go round must move with the same angular speed. If they move with different angular speed, the two rims will move away from each other and must get separated after certain period of time. But since the two rims are rotating together without separation, hence they must be having same angular speed. In this question the angular speed of Freng's must be equal to the angular speed of Isaac.
