    I can't see the chart.

    But by kinetic energy theory, the temperature is a measure of the average kinetic energy of the particles.

    So a low kinetic energy would depict a low temperature and a high kinetic energy would depict a high temperature.

    So from this theory the particle with the highest temperature would be the one with the highest kinetic energy.

    And that is by b, with a value of 1.73 x 10^5 J.
