    04:30 PM

    Explanation:

The position of the stars in the sky change due to the revolution of the Earth around the Sun. Because of this the rise time of the stars is advanced by 4 minutes everyday. By that logic in 2 months (60 days) it will be advanced by 240 minutes. Hence, the rise time of the star will be 04:30 PM.
