    No. There are not no such things. Each of those terms refers to a real physical thing.

    That is an innaccurate statement: There IS such thing as hot, cold, thermal energy, and tempeature. According to teh dictionary, "Tempeature is the degree or intensity of heat present in a substance or object, especially as expressed according to a comparative scale and shown by a thermometer or perceived by touch." Temperature is a very physical property of matter that expresses either hot and cold. It is the manifestation of thermal energy, which is present in all matter, and is the source of the occurrence of heat, an extremely important flow of energy, when a body is in contact with another that is colder. Temperatures can be measured with a thermometer or calculated using a scientific formula.
