    Yes, the child who is not cheating, is showing abnormal behavior relative to whole class

    Explanation:

    According to the clinical psychology, the act which produces distress significantly and is accepted as deviant from normal practice is an abnormal behavior.

    In our case, whole of the class is doing cheating which is a common practice. Only one child is deviating from that common practice being followed by the whole class, so the act of that child will be considered as abnormal behavior.
