    At t=0,

    deceleration = 0.86 rad/s^2

    angular velocity = 4 rad/s

    position = 9 rad

    At t=5, position = ?

    We know: θ = ωo t + 1/2*α*t^2

    Using above values we get after 5 second

    θ = 4*5 + 1/2 * (-0.86) * 5^2 = 9.25 rad

    So, the change in angle = 9.25 - 9 = 0.25 radian
