    Water always evaporates and runs through the water cycle so you can't exhaust water because it will always come back.

    Yes, water is considered an inexhaustible resource because it is replaced from the oceans through the water cycle, however local water supplies freshwater aquifers, and drinkable water supplies are not always renewable
