    It means that from the 110 Watts it uses 75% to do its job. Therefore we have:

    Pu = Power used = 110 * (75/100) = 82.5 watts

    82.5 watts are used for the tv work.

    And the difference between the total power and the power used is the power wasted as heat.

    27.5 watts are dissipated as heat
