    Velocity is displacement over time, D/T, the units for velocity is m/s. First we must convert 2 minutes to seconds. 2 minutes = 120 seconds. Our displacement is given so now we fill in the blanks

    V = (displacement) / (time)

    V = d/t

    V = 14m/120s

    V = 0.1167 m/s
