    All of the times they weighed it at the store's scale were inaccurate by over 0.5 pounds, so it wasn't accurate. However, they had 3 significant digits (significant digits being the amount of numbers you have), and the cashier used 3 significant digits, so it was precise. C is your answer, but I think you meant D : P
