Hydrochloric acid has a ph of 0 whereas milk has a ph of 6.8. Are these solutions considered acids or bases? Which one is the strongest?

    If I can remember correctly the Ph levels of these two solutions are considered to be different because Hydrochloric acid is most definitely very acidic because this acid can burn through human skin. Whereas milk is only a little bit acidic, I mean all things considered the lowest acid ph level is considered to be at a 7 anything higher than this would be a base. Therefore the strongest acid here in this example would be the Hydrochloric Acid.
