    Answer : A

    Given data

    Charge on the balloon (q) = 9.4 * 10⁻¹⁰ coulombs,

    Force experiences (F) = 8.2 * 10⁻² N,

    determine the electric field experienced by charged balloon (E) = ?

    We know that,

    F = q. E Newtons

    => E = F/q Newtons/Coulomb

    => E = (8.2 * 10⁻² N) / (9.4 * 10⁻¹⁰ C)

    = 8.72 * 10⁷ Newtons/Coulombs

    E = 8.72 * 10⁷ N/C

    Electric field experienced by the charged balloon is 8.72 * 10⁷ N/C
