    v=35 km/hr

    Explanation:

    From Newton law extension we get

    a = (v - u) / t

    Where v = final velocity

    u = initial velocity

    t = time

    a = acceleration

    Newton's Law of dynamics they apply in space and other planets as well as on Earth.

    as given from data

    Acceleration = 3.5 km/hr sec

    Time = 10 sec.

    U = 0 km per hr ... as assumed the object is in rest condition or start from rest

    V = To be found?

    so

    a = (v-u) / t

    put the values we get

    3.5 km/hr sec = (v km/hr - 0 km/hr) / 10 sec

    3.5 km/hr sec * 10 sec = v km/hr

    35 km/hr = v

    v=35 km/hr
