A wire 2.80 m in length carries a current of 7.40 A in a region where a uniform magnetic field has a magnitude of 0.490 T. Calculate the magnitude of the magnetic force on the wire assuming the following angles between the magnetic field and the current.

    The magnetic force acting on the wire is given by

    F = B i L Sinθ

    F = 0.490 x 7.40 x 2.80 x Sinθ

    F = 10.153 x Sinθ
