This would be an unusual situation because from what I've learned by studying the moon and the planets in the Solar System when a moon it is orbiting around a gas planet, it is uncommon that the moon could have some forms of life, like in the moon from Star Wars. A moon can host forms of life in an easier way when it is orbiting a rock planet.
