Work done = force * distance
Since this is about raising an object then it is potential work done
Workdone = mass * gravitational * height
W=mgh
m is 8kg
W is 490J
h=?
g is 9.8m/s2
Making h subject of formulas
h=W/mg
h = 490 / (8*9.8)
h = 6.25m
