A singer demonstrated that she could shatter a crystal glass by singing a note with a wavelength of 0.320 meter in air at stp. what was the natural frequency of the glass?

    In order for the singer to break the glass, she should be able to mimic the frequency of the glass through the voice. Frequency is calculated by dividing the speed with the wavelength. Therefore,

    Frequency = speed / wavelength

    Frequency = 340.29 m/s / 0.320 m

    Frequency = 1063.41 / s
